Cocooks is a cooking application that allows users to join tablet-based lessons, cook with fresh ingredients, and embrace a healthier lifestyle—all on one platform.
Young adults often neglect healthy eating due to busy schedules, inadequate kitchen facilities, and limited nutrition knowledge. The following points explain these challenges and pain points:
Limited Time for Meal Prep
Busy work and study schedules leave little time for cooking, often leading to reliance on fast food or processed meals that lack nutrition.
Inadequate Kitchen Facilities
Shared or small apartment kitchens often lack the necessary space or equipment, discouraging young adults from cooking balanced meals.
Lack of Nutrition Knowledge
Limited understanding of nutrition and healthy meal planning makes it challenging to create balanced and nourishing meals.

For the Baking Course, bring a take-home bag. For the Bread Course, bring a cloth for fermentation.
Can I bring my own ingredients, such as seasoning?
The ingredients and portions in our recipes have been carefully tested and refined by our instructors to ensure the best results. During the class, we encourage participants to follow the provided recipe to fully experience the intended method. However, after the class, you are welcome to adjust the ingredients or proportions based on your personal preference.
If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please review the ingredient list in advance. Course details, including ingredient information, can be found on our website or confirmed by contacting the class location before enrolling.
